Master Layout Plan

The Jacaranda Estate comprises of 13 detached villas set in their own private gardens. Each villa typically boasts: –

  • Two storeys above ground each of circa 70m²
  • One storey below ground of 75m²
  • 215m² internal space
  • 100m² external terracing and balcony
  • 30m² private pool
  • Landscaped private garden for each villa of circa 500-700m²
  • Secure gated entrance
  • Owners will have access to the adjacent Aegean Hills to allow use of the tennis court and large communal pool

First Floor Plan

  • A covered car port allows protection form the sun’s rays and is positioned to allow easy access to the villa’s front door.
  • The kitchen and open plan living areas are situated on the first floor, enabling the owner to benefit from the best views from sunrise to sunset.
  • 2.7m floor to ceiling glazing on this level maximizes views.
  • Fully folding glass windows form the front and rear walls of the living room allowing natural ventilation from the sea breeze and easy access to the large Iroko decked terraces.

Ground Floor Plan

  • The size of passageways linking rooms has been reduced to a practical minimum in order to increase the floor space of each bedroom.
  • Bedroom sizes have been optimized to allow for ample wardrobe and amenity space
  • Most bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower
  • Family bathroom with large bath
  • Built-in wardrobes come as standard.
  • Each villa boasts a number of terraces located on different levels. This enables each owner to utilise their outdoor space at different times of the day.
  • Both the upper and lower levels of each villa provide easy access to the private garden and terraces.
  • Private pools are orientated to optimise views and exposure to the sun while maintaining privacy from other villas.

Lower Ground Floor Plans

The villas have been designed with flexibility in mind to cater for each owner’s individual tastes. The lower ground floor, for example, has been designed as an extension of the living area so that owners can utilise this space flexibly to include anything from a cinema room, to a wine cellar or games room, or simply further bedrooms. The light shaft runs through the building to the basement allowing bedrooms to enjoy natural light but also being the perfect location for a cinema room or wine cellar.
